Medtotes automatically collects certain information about User’s online activity when the User access Platform, which includes details like the website User came from, the websites User go to after leaving Platform, User’s computer's IP address, the type of web browser User is using, and User’s email usage patterns. Medtotes use this data to understand general user trends and improve Medtotes services.

Medtotes don't share User’s IP address or personally identifiable information with Service Provider without User’s consent, except when necessary to provide services to the user and as required by law. Medtotes may/may not share general results, shown in a way that doesn't point to specific users, with advertisers, sponsors, investors, strategic partners, and others to support the expansion of Medtotes services and business.

Service Providers working with Medtotes cannot advertise or send promotional emails to Users. Medtotes will notify User before any membership restrictions.

User may also delete their account on the Platform by requesting Medtotes through email and also by a link provided by Medtotes.

Information Retention

Unless a longer retention time is needed or permitted by the relevant law, we will only keep your information and any data as long as it takes to achieve the goals mentioned in this Privacy Policy.
